- How long will my order take?
- Once your payment is confirmed, your order is dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery takes 1–2 working days within İstanbul and 2–4 elsewhere in Turkey. Your tracking number arrives by e-mail.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is free above a certain order value; below it, a flat rate is added at checkout. You can see the current figures on the Delivery and payment page.
- Can I return an item?
- Yes. You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and unwashed. We pay the return shipping. Full details are on the Returns page.
- What is included in a bedding set?
- A double set contains one duvet cover, one flat sheet and two pillowcases. Exact measurements are given on each product's own page.
- What is the fabric, and how do I wash it?
- 100% cotton sateen jacquard, 300 thread count. Machine washable at 40°C. We suggest washing it inside out without fabric softener — that is what keeps the jacquard weave's sheen.
- Will the colour match what I see on screen?
- We photograph in daylight, without retouching. Even so, small differences can appear depending on your screen. If you want to be certain, write to us on WhatsApp and we will send a photograph taken in natural light.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. You can see the countries we ship to when choosing your address at checkout. If your country is not listed, simply write to us on WhatsApp.
- Is payment secure?
- Payment is taken through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. Your card number and security code never reach our servers.
- Do you sell wholesale?
- Yes. We have manufactured in İstanbul since 2000 and take wholesale orders. Write to us on WhatsApp for quantities and pricing.
